Army v. Navy to Decide Army’s Bowl Fate

It all comes down to Saturday for Army.

Win their annual matchup against the Navy Midshipmen on Saturday in Philadelphia, and Army advances to the EagleBank Bowl on Dec. 29 against Temple.

Army is currently 5-6 and needs one more win to become bowl eligible.

If they lose to Navy, then UCLA would advance to play Temple in the EagleBank Bowl, and Army would be left completely out of the bowl picture this year.

With so much to play for, one would have to imagine Army coming out a little extra fired up on Saturday, dreaming of a bowl berth in Washington, D.C. with one more victory.
